Ganguly included for first two Tests

The Indian selectors have selected former India skipper Sourav Ganguly for the first two Tests against Australia.
There was some speculation throughout the day that Ganguly would be given a chance to make an honourable exit.
It was almost expected that The Prince of Calcutta would call it quits if he had not been picked up for the first two Tests. He had been omitted from the Rest of India squad for the Irani trophy.
However, the youngsters who were given a chance did not make much of an impact. It was initially decided to announce a 14 member squad but the selectors pooped in a surprise with Badrinath’s selection.
Another surprise inclusion was legspinner Amit Mishra, who pipped left arm spinners Pragyan Ojha and Murali Karthik to the post.
